Shipping Policy
At Purple Plectrums, every pick is handcrafted with precision and passion. As a one-person operation, I put care into every order—from design to packaging—so I appreciate your patience as I get your picks ready to ship.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and our shipping practices follow their official guidelines.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Handmade to Order: Each pick is custom-made by hand. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.
• Shipping Day: I ship orders once a week usually on Thursdays.
• Tracking Info: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number a few days before your order ships, so you know it’s in the queue.
If you have a deadline or need a faster turnaround, feel free to contact me—I’ll do my best to accommodate when possible.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
• Carrier: All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or the most efficient UPS option available based on your location.
• Delivery Time: Usually 1–5 business days after shipment.
• Shipping Cost: Included in the price—no extra fees at checkout.
International Shipping
• Carrier: All international orders ship via UPS Worldwide services.
• Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs.
• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery charges.
UPS Delivery Notes
• Tracking: Every order includes a UPS tracking number.
• No P.O. Boxes: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
• Missed Deliveries: If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned. Reshipping may require an additional charge.
• Delays: Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or customs inspections.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with UPS to resolve the issue quickly. If your item was damaged, hang onto the packaging in case photos are needed for a claim.
